Before co-founding RigUp, Xuan was an energy investor at Citadel and D.E. Shaw. He began his career as an energy analyst at Goldman Sachs. Xuan graduated from Texas A&M University.
Mike Witte Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder
Mike previously worked at Encana Corporation as a petroleum engineer and in energy private equity consulting. Mike graduated from Columbia Business School and Texas A&M University.
Tyler Myracle Chief Product Officer
Tyler previously managed operations across drilling, completions, and production at Hilcorp and BHP and is a self-taught programmer. Tyler graduated from Texas A&M University.
Jordan McCoy Chief Technical Officer
Jordan has been a key technical leader at multiple startups, most recently helping lead StoredIQ to acquisition by IBM. Jordan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kaitlyn DeBernardo Vice President of Strategy
Kaitlyn previously worked in strategy at Chevron. Before that she was an energy analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kaitlyn graduated from Stanford Graduate School of Business and Columbia University.
John Mark Warren Vice President of Finance
John Mark managed his family-owned oil and gas business. Prior to that he worked as a technology analyst at Morgan Stanley. John Mark graduated from University of Arizona.
Sehr Charania Vice President of Talent
Sehr was previously the Head of People and Impact at ipsy, a venture-backed startup in San Francisco. Before that, she co-founded and sold a family-owned electricity company. Sehr graduated from Brown University.
